With over 32 years of experience in the construction field, Mr. Piper joined Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard as Construction & Utility Inspector in September of 2004 and has been responsible for the construction inspection of major commercial and residential development projects and water & sewer utility projects to meet certification requirements for state and local regulatory agencies.
