Schulke, Bittle, and Stoddard L.L.C. has developed its experience and qualifications through both the public and private sector, including commercial and private enterprises.  Public work includes city and county past/present Continuing Services Contracts.  Private work includes numerous commercial and residential development projects.  This vast experience has required an extensive knowledge of several civil engineering disciplines including surveying, land planning/site plans, stormwater, utilities, traffic, pavement, roads/highways, coastal/marine, structural design, permitting and contract administration.  Schulke, Bittle & Stoddard, LLC and its team members have the ability and proficiency to perform and complete the tasks as required to meet our clients needs while making our communities better places for all.
